DR RANDY CULIG
Dr. Culig founded Upper Cervical Specialists of Atlanta, originally Pierce Upper Cervical, in honor of his late grandfather, Dr. Walter V Pierce, who practiced and innovated within the Chiropractic profession for over 30 years.
Dr. Culig has a passion for treating the Cervical spine, having completed a 3-year post graduate program that focuses on the cranio-cervical junction (upper cervical spine). It is currently the highest level of training that one can receive in the specific region of study and he is the only Doctor in the Atlanta Metro area to be fully certified as a Diplomate in Cranio-Cervical Junction Procedures (DCCJP).
He has thoroughly studied the most advanced Upper Cervical Chiropractic techniques including; NUCCA, Blair Chiropractic Technique, Atlas Orthogonal and the Pierce Results System.
Dr. Culig was one of the first Upper Cervical Chiropractors to utilize 3D CBCT imaging in his practice and he teaches doctors all around the country on how to utilize this technology. Aside from his passion for advanced technology and the Upper Cervical Spine, Dr. Culig has a specific interest in treating patients with Migraine, dizziness/vestibular disorders, complex neck pain and Trigeminal Neuralgia. He has successfully treated hundreds of these types of patients through specific Upper Cervical corrections.
Outside of the office, he enjoys scuba diving, basketball, continuing education and spending quality time with his family and 3 dogs.
DR AMANDA BROWN
Dr. Amanda Brown, a Georgia native, joined Upper Cervical Specialists of Atlanta in 2025. She is passionate about health, the outdoors, and serving her community.

Dr. Brown’s journey to chiropractic began through her own health challenges. From a young age, she experienced frequent migraines and concussion-related issues. After discovering upper cervical chiropractic care, her symptoms and performance improved dramatically—an experience that inspired her to dedicate her career to helping others achieve similar life-changing results. She brings that same dedication and compassion to every patient she serves.

Dr. Brown earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Georgia Southern University in 2020. She then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida—the Fountainhead of Chiropractic— where she graduated in March 2025. During her training, she contributed to international chiropractic research and co-authored a publication on improving patient safety culture in teaching clinics:

Dr. Brown is committed to continual growth in her profession. She has completed or is pursuing advanced post-doctoral certifications in Orthospinology, Grostic Technique, Webster Technique. Her clinical interests include craniocervical procedures, functional medicine, and patient-centered care. She has a particular passion for working with pregnancy and pediatric patients. She has treated a wide range of chronic and neurological conditions, including migraines, post-concussion symptoms, traumatic brain injuries, vertigo, TMJD, ADHD/ADD, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), POTS, trigeminal neuralgia, dysautonomia, and more.
Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, sports, and adventures with her fiancée and their German Shepherd, Athena.
